Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the first-term price and the renewal price?
The first-term price is what you pay when you order for the first time. The renewal price is what you pay when the service renews afterwards. Both are shown clearly before you confirm the order.
How do I pay?
Payment is currently by InstaPay. After you place the order you will see the payment instructions and the invoice amount, then you upload your transfer receipt and reference for our team to review.
When is my service activated?
Our team verifies the incoming transfer manually. After the payment is approved the team prepares the service and notifies you by email. Uploading the receipt alone does not activate the service.
Do you ask for my PIN or OTP?
No. We will never ask for your InstaPay PIN, banking password or one-time password (OTP). Do not share them with anyone.
Can I see domain availability instantly?
For now, search results are shown as "unverified". When you submit a registration request our team verifies the name, and a domain is only considered registered once we confirm it.
