Cancellation
You can send a cancellation request from the service page. The team reviews it and confirms the cancellation date.
Refunds
The Company defines the refund period and conditions for hosting. Fees for domains that were registered or transferred and for issued SSL certificates are normally non-refundable because they are paid to third parties.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned manually to the InstaPay account the payment came from, and the refund is recorded in the system.
