Hosting renewals

Hosting renews for the billing period you chose at the renewal price shown on the plan page and on your first invoice.

Domain renewals

Domains renew yearly or for several years at the extension's renewal price published on the domain pricing page.

How renewal works

1. We send reminders before the due date.
2. We issue a renewal invoice in your dashboard.
3. You pay by InstaPay and upload the receipt.
4. After our team verifies the payment the service period is extended.

You can request a renewal yourself at any time from the service or domain page in your dashboard. A short grace period applies after the due date according to the site settings.
