"Company" means Different Agency and "Customer" means anyone ordering our services through the website.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are in the displayed currency and shown before you confirm an order. The Company may change prices for new orders and for future renewals with reasonable notice.

3. Payment

Payment is currently made by InstaPay. An order is not paid until the Company's team verifies that the money arrived and approves it.

4. Service activation

Services are activated after payment is approved. Domain registration or transfer depends on name availability and registry rules, and a domain is not considered registered until the Company confirms it.

5. Renewals

Renewals fall due on their due dates. Failure to renew may lead to service suspension or loss of data or the domain after the grace period.

6. Customer responsibilities

The Customer must provide accurate information, follow the acceptable use policy and keep login details safe.

7. Limitation of liability

Services are provided as described in each plan. The Company guarantees nothing beyond what is expressly stated in the plan or in a written agreement.
